Seems rather low altitude to have any chance of opening a parachute with any success.

Seems rather low altitude to have any chance of opening a parachute with any success.

It's a wingsuit, so they're travelling forwards quickly, but not so much downwards.
Obviously, plenty downwards enough that it's a real risk and real achievement, but the forwards momentum would be more than enough to get the parachute to open properly

I wasn't sure of the qualities of wings suits to produce lift, I couldn't watch that video at the time and the only ones I've seen before are going down mountains, so they're not really going up, they're just going down slower.

Would love to try it though. Closest to feeling like Superman or even the Batman. .
