hi
i have a problem with mup09 beta
when i try to play erc superleague ... instead of calvisano, traviso , cardiff and so so appear london irish , qwasps , leicester ....
and when i try to click on it the game crashes

Fa&#39;atau says: I changed the career mode so it was playable as real leagues, to make it more realistic.. so you have a real season. Unfortunately, you can&#39;t pick any team, just the division 3 ones, which is something i can&#39;t change in the original game.

Play as usual and i&#39;m sure other clubs will offer you a job. What is causing the crash is the .rdf file. It is not linked to the roster file. If you load a roster that you don&#39;t have an .rdf saved for, it should not crash. If you installed MUP 09 beta, there is not .rdf in it.. so maybe delete it from the main directory.. but make a back-up of it.

Ok, just an update. The minikits are complete. So are the score overlays. So is the new text and stadiums. What&#39;s left is the entire roster update, adding all the EXTRA faces somehow and adding images of stadiums for the stadium. Also some kits for Bourgoin, Albi and that&#39;s it i think.

can you change the english group with the italian one ?
maybe do 3 files (italian one , france one and english one)
then everyone could chose what thy prefer!

Fa&#39;atau says: Yes for career mode, i planned this for TOP14, Magners League and GP. The only problem is that you have to have 12 teams in the leagues, so although you have the 5 italian teams, you will have to have 8 other teams.. maybe like bucuresti, albi, leeds etc.

where i can found the rdf file for the carrer mode?

Fa&#39;atau says: There is no .rdf planned until we can find out how to make it work. I am sure it is something in the woosaah editor that seems to cause the issue.

the backs of all the welsh uniforms is black except for the number 10&#39;s, i thought i played it when this didnt happen???

Fa&#39;atau says: I made the kit, but didn&#39;t have the numbers at the time. Crstt is making the wales kit now, although i can finish it if his version is not ready in time.

**Roster progress update**

Squads are complete up until the last major tournaments (6 Nations, Tri Nations, Nations Cup, Pacific Nations Cup, Africa Cup etc or AI&#39;s for some teams, i,e Canada, Japan, USA.

Retired players such as Gregan, Pichot replaced with new players like Leigh Halfpenny, Timoci Nagusa etc.I have added a vast amount of SH players from NZ, SA and Australia also.

I am making the stats look a little better and fixing the bios (DOB, height, weight, skill) for all players that require it, which is what i am doing now and i have about 15 teams done so far, but there is still lots left to do.

The next job after stats and bios, to update the faces, skintones, boots and such.

Just an update, i have also added full names where possible to the roster so now rather than appearing as &#39;R Player&#39; it appears as &#39;Rugby Player&#39;. Roster is coming along very nicely.

** New Development **

We will maybe need to make two new current representative teams, as the Australia A won&#39;t be playing for a while and also NZ Maori has been scrapped altogether in recent news.

So, who should replace them? I don&#39;t think African Leopards is a bad idea, or the World XV.. or England Saxons.

What do you guys think? It won&#39;t be in MUP 09, but later in 2009 when an update is needed again, i will be thinking of replacing NZ Maori and Australia A.

Personally, i would choose from the teams below:

- Germany, Chile, Korea or another National Team
- World XV
- African Leopards
- England Saxons

Any others we should consider?

england saxons. I might make those two for represenatives since australia a and nz maori is alot of **** in the game.

i would say another national team but its hard to select the nationality since there representatives.

I might do emerging springboks because they will be on the lions tour later this year.

Yeah, i think the &#39;A&#39; team of South Africa or England, i.e England saxons. These seem to be in comps like the maori and Australia A are, so i think the best bet is to swap maori for Saxons and Australia A for Emerging Springboks.

I put in england saxons for australia a. but i wont put in emerging springboks because most of the players are from currie cup and not enough player to edit.

Have Installed the patch and am throughly impressed, but the edited players seem to go back to their original state during gameplay and only showing their created faces in cut scences. is there a way around this?

Why cant i download patch were it says FINAL DOWNLOAD HERE (Graphics and Gamefiles only)? in http://www.therugbyforum.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=46279, I click on this link and it just sends me to filefront.com. Please answer my question and i will never bother you again (i swear).And what happens if i dont have this patch

the MUP is working fine for me except for one thing, i edited the roster slightly on woosahs editor but whenever i go on ERC super league, it goes back to the old players. So i tried adding the .rdf that came with the MUP.ros download and now when i try and start the game it just crashes and gives me an error message... any ideas????

Unfortunately, it&#39;s filefront being lame, not me. Uli is releasing MUP09 which is basically what he has been doing since i left. Hopefully, that will be sorting out a few problems. Because the file is quite large, if we upload it anywhere, it will either be deleted for inactivity, or will rape a sites bandwidth (like EARSC) for example.

I am back on the forum now, and i will endevour to sort out some of these ongoing issues.
