Rucks?

im new to rugby, and while playing rugby 08, i cannot figure out who wins rucks.

can anyone answer?

Rugby 08 is a poor way to get into rugby because it&#39;s very unrealistic on a number of different levels.

Rucks are won by the first team to legally secure the ball. Teams usually have a guy wearing 7 who&#39;s main job is to get to all the rucks first and win the ball.

If you want to get into rugby, I&#39;d suggest you watch some of these videos... it&#39;s the closest thing I can think of to a decent continuous video on youtube but it shows the 2 best teams in the world playing in extended highlights so you&#39;ll get a good feel for the game; the commentator is a bit of a joker so you should also get an idea of the banter and friendly but fierce rivalries that makes rugby so special.

Where do you live? If you live in a rugby playing nation, the best way to get into rugby is to just join a club/team. The coach and your team mates should teach you the rules pretty quickly. If not, you might have to look on the net to join a club, but as with the sentence above, they should teach you the rules.

Rugby 08 was not designed for realism, purely fun. The sort of failed on the fun factor too, unless you play with another person.
