hi guys i am 18 and have started playing senior rugby for malvern rfc 1sts i was wonderingif people could help me with a training program for the inseason we do club training tuesdays and thursdays and games are on saturdays, tuesdays are mainly fitness based what weights program should i do inseason and also what other running/conditioning could i do to improve my game many thanks

For your running and conditioning I would recomend Fartlek training. I&#39;ve posted about it before, but I honestly believe that will give you the best results.
