Jersey Template

Hey i've created a blank jersey template if anyone wants it. The problem is it's about 700k and they will only let me attach up to 250k. Any ideas?

It keeps telling me it is too big or not the correct format. It's only 100k and i've tried it as a .bmp and .png file??????
