if you using photoshop,

use the transfere modes to get smooth anti-aliased edges to the logos.

ie invert the logo so its green on black, ctrl u and use the hue bar to make the logo black on red and then use a lighten or screen transfere mode in the layer window and it will seemlessly aply the texture.

well they have already annoucned quite a lot of signings but not enough for a whole team. so i think the rest will be made up of juniors and i think he will release it in the next few days
