HELP!!!!!!!! (Again)

Sorry about this lads wasting your time but I was trying to upload a video to a site using video egg but when I try to do it a message comes up saying:
'There was an error updating the VideoEgg publisher. You may be behind a proxy or firewall which is blocking the publisher. We apologize for the inconvenience.'

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Have you got a firewall software installed if so, try disabling it.

If you haven't check to make sure you disable windows firewall (i think its only available on service pack 2) go to control panel & open up 'Windows Firewall' then simply click on the 'Off' radio button (which is located in the 'General tab')

I tried turning off the windows firewall but it didn't work, any other ideas?

Oh ok, I have no probs using those two, do you have to specifically use video egg?
