I never said he can't tackle, and never said he does no work.
The two gifs show what I'd expect of any international prop, I'm not going to act blown over just cause he's Welsh, sorry.
Haha, yeah.
What the hell do they even show?
He tackled a man that ran right by him, and then he did a props work at the lineout...?
I think he'll go to Sarries, which is why they're sucking up to his brother so much.
A bjillion rep to this post!
It's like banahan: sky sports jizz everywhere because he does 300 offloads a game, when only 3 of them are any good.

Not that im aware of - think Wigan have another Powell on their books?
Most Wigan fans seem to think he'll go to south wales scorpions for the rest of the season to learn the game (theyre affiliated...

Saturday 25th May - 15:00...
Stevens retired from England like a year ago.
NEXT!
Agreed - anyone who watched the H'Cup final vs Saints can see it.
Could see him getting the call mid-tour, but not pre (then again, Gatland doesn't seem to rate him for some bizarre reason).
Again, like Morgan, out-and-out 8 - would need an injury to Faletau or...
Suppose it depends what position saw SOB playing. I can't see Morgan getting called up unless we lose Faletau or Heaslip - three dedicated 8s is too many, I reckon.
With Tipuric and Warburton...
Burrell has played 13 for Leeds and Sale - the presence of Pisi has kept him at 12 for Saints (though I think that is his preferred position).
Robshaw's injured at the moment though!
There was talk of him missing the prem final (when Quins were in the running still) so if SOB is ruled out pre-tour then Robshaw might not be eligible...
Yeah, learn technique and start with the bar and move up slowly.
Technique is so important.
Check out starting strength (above) and stronglifts 5x5:...
Squats and Deadlifts should be your most important two lifts for rugby - it shouldnt be "a little bit of legs" - they should be the focus of your training!

......I'm not seeing a leg day in there...
Please please don't say you're not doing squats?
Not even close.
I'm a big fan of Yarde, don't get me wrong, but May and Wade a step above.
He's still very very young (like 21?) so it's not as if he's the done deal, mind - and he is fast,...
Depends what your goals are.
While, obviously, increased strength and power form gym based work will definitely help - if your main aim for the off season is to improve speed and/or fitness then...
Can do if you have the equipment - both work well.
Can also do ladder work to work on footspeed, again: if you have the equipment, and hurdle work (though kind of comes under plyometrics!).
Sprints, hill sprints, plyometrics, weights and technique work!
Just watching various game highlights etc. and I really can't wait to have Corbisiero back.
Hopefully he's gotten over his injury problems with his latest long layoff, we've really missed him at #1....
Armitage has seen them, or at least Moore's.
I imagine his reply will disappear shortly, so I've screencapped it for good measure:

I enjoyed the match.
Was a little dull for the first half but the second half was much better - especially the last few minutes.
Can't help but feel Toulon fluked it a little, as Clermont looked...
