This was actually originaly posted on 606, (Hey, it's a sunday.) but I thought it was actually quite a good idea for something Rugby-related to do during the off-season. Basically, out of the 24 clubs in next years' HC, you can only select one player from each club, and have to create a 23-man squad. Add a coach, and everyone is represented.
