Rugby 08 roster update

Hi all.

I really hope someone who can help me is reading this. As I imagine we all are, am I a major fan of EA Rugby 2008. (even though they could have made it much better) I was however getting bored with the Larkhams and the Gregans since they had stopped playing. My life changed in March 2010 when I updated my game (roster, faces, ratings and even team names) to a more modern one. I did this on TRF, however, TRF have changed a lot since my visit in March and for the life of me I can't find such a thing on the site anymore. I imagine that new updates has been made since? Can someone please show me where they are or can be downloaded. Please help.

First you need to download woosaah's rugasmic 08 editor which is found here,

To use the editor you need to edit a roster file, the lastest 2010 roster file is found here,

I'm pretty much a novice with this so I'll see how I go with editing and get back to you.

Thanks but one prob is,u say that ur roster has 2011 international teams and 2011 super 14 teams,buts its all old and the same as last year

But its stil the 2010 super 14 teams,same with the international teams,the sa side stil has last years end of year tour,this is def NOT a 2011 roster in any way

Im ever so sorry i am meant to be in charge of rosters being up to date. I have one and I will upload it on my thread for you all. Sorry I have been making patches here and there and also updating some but i will post the work I have been doing and if you want some more rosters just send me a message I can also change team names, kits and abreviations and stuff

Thanks..but i do not see any difference from 2010 patch. Maybe i did not do it right. I extracted the folder to the game folder as I did when I updated to 2010 patch. Could you help me with this?

Hi tomgordon (and everyone else)

I recently started with a 2012 roster update. I've only managed to finish 4 teams and 1 with custom player portraits. Maybe we can help each other out with a current one and possibly any further updates?

Also a quick question, I will do a search after this, but how do you change/add teams? i.e. names, kits, flags (if possible)
