Who is Olly Cian Healy?
A combination of dedicated TRF administrator Olyy and Adam Jones' favourite toy Cian Healy?
A really good WUM is someone who you are at times not sure if they are even trying to troll, so you can't always call them out. While we are all being nostalgic about Rugbywriter and others, as soon as the next comes around we will remember why we so hate WUMs. Or at least we think we do.
They also make you feel angry at yourself for getting in arguments with them.

Actually I feel its a pointless cause. This Kony has been off the grid for like 5 years as far as I know, and although he is a filthy tyrant there's bigger fish to fry. Not only that but many believe him to be dead. That charity behind the video "Invisible Children" is also quite dodgy. First off they only give 31% of the money they make to the "cause" and secondly that "cause" is the Ugandan army. What can the Ugandan army do to Kony when he is not in Uganda. There are a great deal more horrible things happening than this all over the world

By donating you're giving money to the Ugandan army who were just as bad as Kony's boys at the time.
The people posting these things or "tools" as you wisely put it Cmac haven't got a clue and have absolutely no impact on Uganda. Kony might have no Facebook friends anymore but I doubt he'll be overly concerned what a bunch of Teenagers half a world away think
