Will I have sent you a PM regarding your message, if you do have anything to say about how the forum is run, please do not make comments on the forum, please PM or email me about them please.
As for the licences, it will only be 20 licences in this version of the game... that's all that been confirmed so far
the ab's and the wallabies won't be licensed
One can only assume that if the game is successful there will be another, and I doubt it will take 4 years!
I wouldn't say it's speculation, we just have blind hope HB/505 can come up with something.![]()
lets hope one or both of these companies decide to release an annual rugby game. if they were smart they would do so, they would gain consumer loyalty etc and push the competition out.
I joined the Rugby Forum four years ago. Why am I just getting this message now

If i was a New Zealander or Aussie i would be stressed knowing that SIDHE have exclusive License to All Blacks and Wallabies; but i am pretty confident that Rugby World Cup will have South Africa fully licensed; from what i have heard from some friends that were sneaking around E3 the Main target market for this game is South Africa, UK and USA. Obviously these can't as yet be confirmed. Go Bokke!!! Gonna Defend the Title...start speaking/saying it!!

Sidhe haven't used the word exclusive for a while. Read into that what you will.

I don't really find it appropriate for us to be stating on the official forums for their game what licenses they may or may not have. That is up for HB to reveal. We aren't here to take jabs at them.
I'm happily throwing around the word "exclusive" in regards to licenses as appropriate on our own forums though, and any licenses we have referenced as being exclusive to Rugby Challenge before is still exclusive now. Nothing has changed.
The problem I have with exclusive licensing is that the consumer will never have the true excperience. As it seems now, we will be playing RWC2011 with 18 teams and a New Zeland Team and a Australian team(not All Blacks & Wallabies). Then rugby challenge, we play Tri-Nations without the Springboks.I for one can't stand not playing licensed teams. That is why I have/will never buy Pro Evolution as compared to FIFA. Hope I am just paranoid. Anyway enough coplaining.Bring on August.
Hope HB have secured the South African license. There are guys in SA that want Sidhe to get the License. C'mon HB these things would not be happening had you guys had some solid screenshots.
Clearly Sidhe started production only with New Zealanders and Aussies in mind. I Trust HB to do more good if they have or get the South African License.
Also as i am aware Sa distributors have been struggling to get the game to SA; clearly they think the game won't sell well. Why? focus on development was on New Zraland and Aussie teams; not South African.

There is not enough darkness in all the world to put out the light of even one small candle
Well in the press release about the commentators for Rugby Challenge it says it includes the Qantas Wallabies, and in the 2011 Rugby World Cup there is no team competing that is the "Qantas" Wallabies, so maybe the Wallabies are in this game.
It doesn't work that way...Even if you use just "Quantas" or "Wallabies", they are both part of the same name. The jerseys, looks and names are part of that. The copyright law is a tight b*tch![]()
"Qantas" and "Wallabies" are parts of the license (and yes, you are correct Qantas needs to be in there being the official sponsor). "Australia" isn't, and can be used freely even if you don't have the official license.
Same with "All Blacks" vs "New Zealand", and "Springboks" vs "South Africa".
