if you had played nearly every match in the season and were fighting for a World Cup place and some guy who played three matches in two years and spent his time dancing on reality TV and going on dating shows, took your place. How furious would you be?

What would be your back row in your World XV right now? (England players excluded)

How do you get yourself mentally prepared for the games against the minnows of international rugby? Surely it's harder to motivate yourself to play Namibia than to play Australia for example.

I can tell you his answer for that question now:

Erm, obviously we have to think we can win it, so that's the aim.

Do you remember a very bewildered boy in a wheelchair being brought into the Tigers' dressing room, after a match, about 12 years ago?

Whats been the biggest highlight of your career?
Have you ever looked back and thought I have made the wrong decision?
In Terms of your App, What was the aim/idea behind it?
Did you have a particular audience in mind for the app?
Is the App available worldwide? If so would you consider promoting it to non rugby countries to develop the game?
Do you have a plan after your Rugby Career, would you consider coaching?
