35 year old beginer!!

Hi all

I decided to take up the game at the ripe old age of 35. Played lots of GAA and soccer as a youngster but not for a good few years now. I've kept in reasonable shape with 5 aside footy, running and weights. Being 6'4 and 16ish stone people have always suggested playing and since I love watching I have taken the plunge.
I played my first full 80 in boxing day, playing at lock forward. Came through unscathed and loved it.

So hello to all and hoping to learn more about the game on this forum.

Don't worry I know what you're saying, im sure your Mrs loved that on your wedding, I doubt mine would have gone through with it if I turned up like that
