Can any New Zealanders comment on the work Tana Umaga has done with Counties Manukau these last couple of years, and whether he's rated highly as a coach in New Zealand.
Well, Counties are top of the log in the ITM Championship, which puts them in pole position to gain promotion this year.

Apparely, for the November tests, coaches would be a trio Milton Haig - Tana Umaga - Vern Cotter

    -----

Vasil Kakovin (prop, Stade Toulousain), Dimitri Basilaia (back-row, Edingurgh), Jaba Bregvadze (hooker, Stade Toulousain) are long-time injured and can't play November tests

    -----

For June tests, Georgia will play against Argentina and maybe Golden Lions

Most likely 0 GRU is very careful and precise when it comes to sending players abroad 90% of these guys are playing in France because of the help the got from the union also Georgians are generally less likely to play for other countries. there are exceptions of course like Dimitri Iachvili for example.. but that was because of our neglection and foolishnes back in the day. that wont happen again i think they learned their lesson.

    An eye of young players

    born 1994+
    Toko Tedoradze (prop, Leeds Carnegie)
Son of the MMA fighter Tengiz Tedoradze, the young wrestler plays for Leeds Academy (U18 team) after one year in Rugby League, with Sheffield Eagles U15. He were on the bench last week for the opener game v. Leicester Tigers

    Shako Odisharia (prop, Stade Toulousain)
Arrived at Toulouse at the end of 2010, he was selected last year with Midi-Pyrénées (french region) U17 team. This year he plays for Stade Toulousain U19 team.

    Saba Meunargia (prop, Connacht)
Arrived in Ireland at 16 as number 8, he was replaced as tighthead prop. He was named in Ireland U18 squad. He plays actually for Buccaners U21 team and for Connacht U19.

    Giorgi Sordia (lock, Lille MR)
Selected for Flandres U17 and U18 (a selection from 5 departments of France), he plays this year for Lille in the U19 first division championship (including Clermont, Stade Français, Racing-Metro and Lyon)

    born 1993

    Giorgi Suluashvili (hooker, RC Strasbourg)
Despite his young age, he played 6 Federale1 games (3 as starter) this season.

    Giorgi Tetrashvili (prop, SC Albi)
A prop with a great aspiring. At only 19, he played 3 ProD2 games this season (2 as starter) at loosehead prop. He plays mostly for U23 teams

    Giorgi Sharashidze (prop, ASM Clermont)
Arrived in France this season, he plays for U21 and U23 team

    Vakhtang Akhobadze (prop, SC Albi)
Arrived in France as hooker, he were replaced as tighthead prop. He plays for U21 and U23 team.

    Mindia Elgujauri (lock/flanker, RC Massy)
Arrived in 2012 to this ProD2 club, he plays for U21 and U23 team.

    Merab Sharikadze (centre/wing, Hartpury College)
8 caps for Georgia (3 tries), he plays for Hartpury first XV in the British Universities & College Sports in the pool with Cardiff, Bath, Exeter... Last year Gloucester showed his interest for this guy (he played one game for Gloucester U19 team, and scored one try).

    Tamaz Mchedlidze (centre, Stade Montois)
At only 19, he started 3 games in Amlin Cup. He is surely the most promising georgian back. Next step for him : Top14!

    born 1992

    Val Rapava (prop, Saracens RFC)
Arrived in South Africa as back row, he was replaced as tighthead prop when he played for Western Province U19. He played this year 2 games for Saracens in the A-League but he is injured (shoulder broken)

    Gagi Bazadze (prop, Montpellier HRC)
Arrived from USA this year, he plays for Montpellier U23 team, mostly as starter.

    Lasha Lomidze (lock/flanker, Montpellier HRC)
Another player from Montpellier, some people says he will be the "new Gorgodze". He played all U23 games of his team (only 2 times on the bench).

    born 1991

    Zurabi Zhvania (prop, Stade Français)
He played 2 Top14 games (1 as starter) and 4 Amlin Cup games (all time as starter).

    Irakli Chomakhashvili (hooker, US Marmande)

Arrived in Marmande in November, he played 4 Federale1 games (3 as starter)

    Levan Chilachava (prop, RC Toulon)
He plays for U23 team but he will probably called to play for Toulon first team at the end of the season (he played 2 games last year).

    Konstantin Mikautadze (lock, RC Toulon)
Kote started 1 Top14 game (v. Toulouse) this season but he plays mostly for U23 team. A lot of very good lock at Toulon (Bakkies Botha, Simon Shaw, Nick Kennedy, Jocelino Suta). He won 5 caps for Georgia

Giorgi Tkesheliadze (number 8, Hartpury College)
Selected last year with Georgia A., he plays this year for Hartpury with Sharikadze and another georgian : full back Ivane Davitashvili.

    born 1990

    Mikheil Nariashvili (prop, Montpellier HRC)
Capped 8 times for Georgia, he played this season 9 of the 12 Top14 days (4 as starter) and started one Heineken Cup game.

    Beka Urjukashvili (centre/wing/fullback, RC Aubenas)
A good surprise because Georgia need good backs. Beka played 10 of the 11 Federale1 days (9 as starter) and scored 2 tries

Today Georgia U18 won over London Wasps AASE U18 48 to 12.
    Georgia scored 7 tries

That's a good training for Georgia U18 before European trophy.

note : props Shako Odisharia (Stade Toulousain) and Toko Tedoradze (Leeds Carnegie) weren't in the georgian squad (only 1 foreign based player : hooker Badri Alkhazishvili from Ellesmere College, UK).

Georgia U18 inluded 6 players who smashed Italy U18 last year
