This is the kit of an oldboys team from Romania. Their won a contest with their kit design and O'Neils offered to sell their equipment.

Nah, bender is a cool robot. He's a fullback.

OT, that Romanian shirt has nothing on the casuals bikini kit.

To be fair his extending arms would come in handy taking the high ball.
I wouldn't know too much about that being a centre though ()

But I can't work out why they've gone from yellow to orange this year, we've always been yellow...
Looks like a school sides 2nd XV shirt...

Not the worst is it? It's nice to see simplistic, yet unique designs becoming popular again. While neither this nor Wasps' shirt are particular flashy, they also don't really look like any other jerseys in the league, which is good.

But....it doesn't look like that. And since when is a rugby jersey having hoops on it considered something worth remarking on?

    Jeezus... Tough crowd today.

It does kind of look like that. The top part anyway.

And the thing is those aren't rugby hoops... they are awkward and out of place.

You like it, whilst i think it looks bloody dodgy alright? There will be plenty of other people who like and others who don't like it.

Am I the only one who doesn't wear rugby shirts out and about? I'd be tempted if it weren't for the ugly ass advertising all over them. The Ospreys shirt is always a good example of them sticking advertising all over the bloody things (arms, collar, back, front, everywhere). This is fine for the actual player shirts, but I really don't want to look like an walking advertising billboard! There's often little attempt to blend the advertisement into the design either, with the new Scarlets shirt a good example, the Dyfed Steels logo is butt ugly and horrendously prominent.

On another note. I hope the Ospreys have changed their shorts design this year. Whatever the circle was on their asses last season (more advertisement?) looked horrendous!

The only rugby clothing I wear out usually is my old Springbok jumper. The kits are more for around the house when everything else is being washed
Agreed, the Ospreys arse-targets were awful. Incredibly amusing to see on a front row, though. (Dickie Hibbs...)

I can't help but feel that while the Saracens and Wasps kits aren't awful looking, they look rather cheap.

I wonder what colour scheme the O's will go with this year.
So far we've had gold for Maesteg, purple for i forget why (special reason i think) and blue for Bridgend.
Maybe we'll go with a touch of red for Aberavon?

So just a re-release of this years one? If so i don't really mind i suppose, just seems a bit strange for the Ospreys to go down that route!

Steel blue is a bit darker, I think. The Ospreys press release described it as a 'new-look' shirt, so it must be a new design.

Thanks for the link, don't know how i missed that, i pretty much go on that site every day to see if there is any news!

I think you are misinterpreting it however.

    They say:

Following on from the success of last year's jersey launch at the Quadrant Shopping Centre, also in Swansea, where hundreds of fans turned up to meet their heroes and catch their first glimpse of the new-look black and steel blue shirt at the first ever public jersey launch event, it looks set to be an even bigger and better event this time around.
That sounds more like the past tense to me. So it could/probably be a new colour scheme this year.

I do, but generally my Wales ones (As only the 1 sponsor) My Scarlets one I like but I agree on the dyfed steels logo its massive.. I dont mind adverts as such for the matchday replica's or whatever the club calls them but at least make them have all the same stuff on the actual kit. For example I got the "matchday shirt" of the home shirt, picture showed that turquise circle they have on the left shoulder, yet the shirt didnt have that also claimed it was "tight fit" so got a large as normal and its baggy as **** (all badges when it arrived claimed it was the matchday version though :/ For the "replica" Imo they don't really need them.. Either way on with the new kits

So the new Ospreys kit is going to have the blue in it??? Never really liked this/last seasons kit, seemed like a Glasgow rip off.

Probably biased, but I loved the Black and purple, thought that kit was wicked Bring back the purple, cause that was wicked

Saw a "different" all purple kit in a rugby shop in Cardiff last week, but suddenly realized that it was England 7's - The stubborn patriot inside wouldn't allow my hands to touch it, let alone try it on. Shame, cause I do love purple

I don't think so, it was my mistake.

New worst of the season, who thought those shades of blue went with the amber?
