Here are eight rugby girls from Trondheim who wants to be in the the Olympics in Rio in four years. The first step was silver in NM.

    - We went to the championship in Bergen to learn. It's a new team where most of them are beginners, and a 2nd place was beyond all
expectations, says Liv Skaug Furutangvik, project in Trondheim rugby academy.

To the championship went five handball players, two soccer girls, and two with a background from NTNUI Rugby. Trondheim beat Stavanger
and Oslo in the early game, while they lost to Bergen. Nevertheless, in the finals, Bergen once again proved to be the strongest.

    - Most of the current national team players playing at BSI Bergen, and they have probably a solid head start on our players. Our goal is still
to get some players on the rugby team at the Olympics in four years, and with a little more training and knowledge of the sport, I think we
have a chance, says Liv Skaug Furutangvik.

Norway participated with women 's team for the first time during the European Championships in 2005 and now have made plans to participate
in the Olympic Games. The first step towards the Olympics started last year, and during 2012, other regions will start the work.
