A place where the government outlaws living differently? Would that be a "left wing communist" kind of society they always whinge about?

I suppose the people who make this stuff up don't really care if it's logically sound anyway, so speculation is pointless.
Multiculturalism is leftist bollocks. Ein Volk, ein reich.

While the article is piece of sensationalist tripe, I feel these kind of ceremonies do kind of go overboard in this way. Watching this and the Vancouver opening ceremonies one would think the white populations of these countries would be down in the 40% range. The other thing about Vancouver and the latest RWC that annoyed me was this "apologizing" to native populations, "thank you for letting us hold a rugby match on your land" nonsense.

People (and journalists) who don't normally watch cycling were going mental. Those who enjoy watching the sport on a more regular basis were immediately thinking 'she came out of the lane' even before the decision was announced.

Sounds harsh, but that's sprinting. Can understand why GB were annoyed as Anna was definitely the aggressor, but the decision was always going to go that way.

She will **** anyone up , I have no issue saying that if I stepped into the ring with her with her 25kg lighter and much smaller she'd absolutely beat me black and blue , to the point where I decide to quit , go home and cry for the rest of my days over my destroyed perception of my own masculinity

Cian O'Connor (Drug cheat from Athens) is in a Silver medal play-off in show jumping and is assured at least a bronze.

I don't know wether to be happy or sad, it's a medal for Ireland but also a medal for a hateful man.

Why the heck do you take performance enhancers for Showjumping, unless it was the horse that did it.....

Ye he gave the horse some banned substance and got his gold medal stripped in Athens.

He got Bronze, knocked down the very last fence to lose the play off.

What they do is apply this tenderiser to the horse's fetlocks in training, so that when the horses hit the jumps it causes them agony. They therefore jump higher and cleaner so as to avoid the pain. There's another commonly used practise in which they'll have two people lift the highest bar up just as the horse is going over the jump so that it clatters against the back fetlocks, which is obviously painful as hell. That makes the horses jump well over the top bar, meaning they're less likely to catch it on the way through. They're both scummy old practises. Fortunately the Olympic tenderness tests are pretty good.

That's horrible, should give the offending riders/trainers the same treatment, see how they like it.

Well my local hometown hero Tonya Verbeek won a silver today her third Olympic medal of her career, all three games she's lost to her arch rival from Japan, but a silver is still great.

Katie Taylor is more shnake than woman, she's almost reptilian in her movement's...... I'm sorry I arrived later on the Viper Higgins chat. Looking forward to the male Irish boxer's in action today. John Joe Nevin is my personnel favorite
EDIT: What the hell is Dressage, honestly if that's considered a sport I want Kite Flying
