If they return and ever manage to reach the Premiership, it will be one of the most beautiful stories in football history.

It'll be amusing enough next year if AFC make it up to League 1. Is it a derby or what when they're both (sort-of) the same club?

I think most fans are a lot ore realistic this time around than in the 80's and realise we league 2 (league 1 at a stretch) is our level. Even though we were getting 18k odd when in the prem our real core of support would be somewhere beteen 6 and 10 k which is just too small to survive in the prem.....it would be awesome though!

the general concesus is it's not a derby as we dont think they should exist, there has been talk of at least the first game being played between closed doors to avoid conflict.
