NRL tipping comp

The rules for this comp are close to what The Truth set out for the super 14

* all tips should be submitted at least 5 minutes before the opening game of the round.

* 2 points if you guess the winner.

* extra bonus point if you guess the margin within the +13/-12.

* 5 points for guessing the exact score line.

* if a game ends in a draw, each member will be awarded 1 point.

* if you predict the draw, you will recieve 6 points.

* The round winner (member with most points scored in the round) will score 50 Perfect Points.

* Rep will be given at the end of the compeition, dependent on how many entries there were.

The Rugby Bookie is there to help you with the odds, they will be up on Tuesdays, 4 days before start of the next round. Mainly due to the new Monday Night Football.

not sure what my web access at the new joint is

as long as i can get on here, i will submit tips and keep my time on here minimal until i establish myself at my new role

I think we should drop the margin thing cos 8 games is more than enough to just pick games by themselves to determine a result without worrying about margin.This kinda thing is almost unheard of in Australia.

well since this if the first round i can not count the first to games for st helens if its ok with every one. (he got one of them right)

i just think being a week out might discourage new people to start playing even though its a long compeition and a chance for anyone to do well.

I can let all his other games in as long as no1 doesnt have any objections. I like to have as many people playing as possible, and it is the first week got to have some leeway. If anyone else was going to do it i would say the same thing.
