Fiji are the big movers in the latest IRB world rankings, while Wales have paid a heavy price for their rugby world cup exit.
Fiji jump two spots to No. 9 following their heroics on Saturday when they defeated the Welsh to claim second place in Pool B and a quarter-final match against South Africa in Marseille on Sunday.
It is the Pacific islanders first time in the top 10 since 2005.
