I thought that New England Patriots player was going back to 7s again for the Olympics?
Did I imagine that? Or did he not make it? Or was that for last year and he can't get the release this year?
Those are some good questions. So I looked it up. He (Nate Ebner) withdrew due to injury.

For anyone else who did a double take at Lote Tuquiri in the Japan squad, apparently he's the cousin of the Leinster legend.
Tough on Aaron Sexton missing out. Still a bit raw. Pity as well that we didn't have a 7s programme when McFarland was let go from Leinster. Very talented player.
