This is the problem with matches like this we outclass them by such a huge margin it's hard to really know if people are having a great game or being average. Unless they are stinking up the joint.

Yeah it's hard to tell if a player is good in these games but you can definitely tell when they have been ****. Daly, Stuart and Billy V all been pretty bloody awful.

Most tires in a game was Marc Ellis who got six for the All Blacks against Japan in 1995.

Another edit: Julian Savea also scored 8 in one tournament.

If they do it should be weighted on difficulty of opponent… eg use the rankings

How? Clubs getting bonuses for players doing well individually would be weird.

You can't argue with that score . Kept a clean sheet and put 70 points on a team ranked one below Namibia not a bad result at all.

It’s a weird one maybe he just isn’t good enough at this level or he doesn’t fit Englands system, (a bit of both) he was certainly prominent in the prem final which isn’t really lesser opposition than today.
