I have a suspicion that had there been loads of stuff turned up about how he was radicalised by the left on line Trump and co would have absolutely no problem with bringing that up every 10 seconds.

Especially as they doing that before there was any evidence

This sounds suspiciously like the right wing making claims that when the media dont release the identity of someone its a Muslim...

Except I haven’t made any claims about the identity, or in this case the motives, of the killer. In fact the exact opposite. I even said I suspect that it’s due to legal reasons. But apart from that it’s similar I guess.

Except we’re talking about motives, not identity. We know who the guy is. Also missing the wider context of the conversation but sure, it’s like for like.

So the thought process is totally different. I would like to know more and don’t claim to know until the facts come out and the other claims to know things before the facts come out. Glad we got that straightened out.
