Rugby 06 and 08 .big file names for kits

Thanks mate, I also found that the kits backsides are separate .fsh files; conveniently, they were the same names between '06 and '08 as well. I'll paste them below for anyone who needs them. By the way, given you are an '06 fan. Do you have the '06 editor? I only have the '08 one, which is...

    RUGBY 24 announced...

Being realistic, the manpower and timing isn't enough for a developer, even one passionate about the project. A FanHub could be made separately to download and add in licenses etc. The other thing is I don't have the desire to play as any active pro rugby player as I'm an older and more or a...

Rugby 06 and 08 .big file names for kits

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew the rugby '06 and '08 .big files for kits? I want to use BigGui to export the '06 home kits (.big files) for Australia, England, France, Ireland and South Africa and replace the away kits in '08 (I think Australia might just have 1 kit indexed but still)...

I really think teams and licenses is not hugely necessary, and that the number of confirmed teams so to speak is ridiculous. They should focus instead on making the gameplay as good as e.g. Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (Winning Eleven). That's just me though.

How were Woosaah's editors and Baggi Studio made?

Completely understood, and how brilliant mate! I'm sorry for my VERY late reply! No worries, again, completely understood! 😂 That's awesome, I'm hoping for a big company to make a game that is good at its core like Pro Evolution Soccer in the 2000s, so everyone can play and build on it how...

New PC rugby game in development!

Hi guys, are you using these 2D overworld sprites like in Pokémon? Looking forward to your work!

I reckon March 2024 at earliest, as we haven't heard anything. I'm hoping manpower and diligence over time is being impressed upon this project. A release after the Six Nations finishes might work as well.

I'm relieved to hear of the delay. Sounds odd, but I'm hoping for a game that flows like Pro Evolution Soccer 6 // Winning Eleven in terms of fluidity and different running styles etc. BigAnt could in theory just leave the FanHub open to fans to make and edit teams, jerseys etc. (although it...

How were Woosaah's editors and Baggi Studio made?

Woosaah, on this point about Rugby 08, there were aspects of the game - kicking styles, kicking power, breakaway speed and tackle-breaking - which seemed to have been hardcoded (for lack of a better term) in the game to certain players and couldn't really be adjusted in the editor. The way...

    Any noteworthy examples?

How were Woosaah's editors and Baggi Studio made?

Hi Woosaah, last time I saw you posting would have been around 2008-2009 on the old TRF servers! I miss that time of editing as well as those particular years of watching Super Rugby and international test matches... Thanks for the information, I think I need to improve my understanding on...

How were Woosaah's editors and Baggi Studio made?

I remember playing around with HEX when I played Rugby Challenge 2 to copy over players like Jerome Kaino and Sonny Bill Williams from RC1, as well as edit certain parts to be able to edit locked players. Any bits and pieces you could give would be great! Though I'm far from optimistic I'd be...

Having looked at Big Ant's page, it seems that most of their manpower has been focused on the newly released AFL game and they're also focused on the release of Cricket 24. I suppose their AFL 2023 game will give some indication as to what their rugby game may be like, alongside the Rugby League...

    World Championship Rugby (2004) PC

Yes, I remember later on in 2008-9 when the forum having loads of community creations for Rugby 08, and all of that disappeared, I made me somewhat sad not being able to find it all again! As for WCR: Yes, It's not good in many ways; however, it is very enjoyable to play. I reckon a few tweaks...

How were Woosaah's editors and Baggi Studio made?

Hello, I was wondering. Does anyone know how Woosaah all the way back in the 2000s made the Rugby 06 and 08 edit programmes? Was there a video or were there details on how he did it? I have the same question r.e. Baggi Studio, which was used for editing a Swordfish Studios cricket game in...

I'm hoping to see classic players from the 2000s like Caucaunibuca, Rokocoko and Habana. It would be cool to have all the iconic players with their distinct kicking and running styles, adding in Wilkinson, Carter etc. as well. A player editor akin to Pro Evolution Soccer (Winning Eleven) would...

    How to modify .BAG files

Hello, I'm currently playing World Championship Rugby (WCR) on PC and I've noticed that in the game data, it's all very clearly ***led and looks editable. I really enjoy this game as it's a fresh change from Rugby 08, whilst providing a nice blast from the past with the early 2000s rosters...

    World Championship Rugby (2004) PC

Hello, Apologies if there is a thread dedicated to this game. I did search for it in the forum, but I found nothing. I've recently got World Championship Rugby (WCR) running on my PC; it's a game that was so bad that it was great fun to play, and it's aged well! I was wondering if anyone is...
