Another good idea, would be to make a better manager mode including real tournaments instead of the world league. And also to include more competitions in the game, like the NPC or the Currie Cup.

It would be great if there was an option "create tournament", because if not we would be playing the same torunaments every time. It would be good to make the game with more realistic movements.
