But would Georgia be worse than Portugal? There is a portuguese team, I know World Rugby prefers to support rugby in rich countries with no tradition in rugby whatsoever, there are lots of examples in every continent, but I don´t think, maybe I am wrong, that Georgia is worse than Portugal

I have found official videos of all the world cups from 1995 to 2007 but I have looked for the videos of the 1987 and 91 world cups and haven´t found any. Do anyone know if there are any available and where to find them?
