With the England lineouts, Parling and Youngs should have a good enough understanding from Tigers, and Parling will know about Youngs's dyslexia which means certain calls need to be kept simple. Hartley, as far as I know, doesn't suffer from dyslexia so hopefully communication isn't a problem...
