In the training mode/pre loading screen i can pass fine, in the game, even using good teams, they just tend to want to pass to no-one. Also side view is impossible to play.

I'm having passing issues with certain teams. I won a game with Quins 26-0 then played a game with Toulouse playing the same team, and (i am not joking) they could not string two passes together. That sucks. So you can't freely move players in those two leagues. I don't know why they'd do that, or why more so, why they'd ask Sidhe to enforce that.

Sidhe have said as far as i can tell that the game has been left fairly open to be modded (kits etc) but they do not actually actively support modding. I'd get in on PC, but my PC would struggle with it, and i'm not the mod machine i was 3-4 years ago!

There used to be a tri-nations Pacific Rim tournament, with Tonga, Samoa and Fiji nearly 20 years ago. It doesn't operate now, or i guess it expanded into the PNC eventually. It's the best option they have, it's just no-one outside of the islands cares about it.
