    England tour of Argentina

Beaumont or Mercer would both have made sense. Beaumont more so perhaps as he is considered a lock. Considering the likelihood of a back row injury or two in the Lions squad, I would be surprised to see either of them end up in Argentina.

He is basically the Eddie Jones of modern rugby then! Should make a cracking coach

    England tour of Argentina

I quite like this squad in a way, my normal gripes about Tom Wood aside. Tommy Taylor not being involves and the lack of a second fullback are the only real confusing factors to me. I can understand the logic of the selection of the young guys. Take wing, Jones presumably is now happy with...

    England EPS 2016/17 season.

It'll be interesting to see how the guys to went to Aus but didn't play (Genge, Sinkler, Te'o, Goode, Slade) fit in if they keep their form up. Were they on the tour as part of some overall strategy or simply because there was no one else fit/in form? Would love to see Haley in over Goode...

June International Test: Australia vs. England [3rd Test] (25/06/2016)

Eddie loves the 6-2 bench! Should do the job nicely, hopefully we'll have to do a little less defending and some of our more dynamic bench warmers (Clifford, Daly) can make a proper impact in the final third.

June Internationals : South Africa A vs. England Saxons [2nd Match] (17/06/2016)

Wait, has Chisholm gone on this tour and not got a game??

June International Test: Australia vs. England [1st Test] (11/06/2016)

Cracking test match. My one question from it, is that Burrell's last test?

    Australia vs England - 3 Tests - June 2016

Well, we all know that we can ignore what the papers say in test week now... I feel very nervous about Burrell and, do some extent, Yarde starting. But there is no Goode, so that works.

Kill me. I don't think my sanity can survive that contest.

Awful kicking and generally being poor / rusty, in the first half in particular. He looked much more composed later on, when he started to kick from hand (his tactical kicking is better than Faz's IMO). The whole Ford v. Farrell debated has me torn tbh. Don't know who I'd back.

    England V Wales - 29th May

For now this is spot on. I like Daly at 23 and he should only come in to start at 13 if JJ's form slumps further.

    England forward options...4 - 8

Krutoje stay. Launchbury on the bench. Kvesic at seven. Clifford at six. Billy at eight. Harrison/Robshaw/Hask on bench. A man can dream.

    England V Wales - 29th May

Launchbury outstanding. Clifford and Watson excellent. Yarde and Kvesic very good. Youngs, Ford and to some extent Burrell dire. Everyone else ok? Would love to have seen Kvesic start because Haskell did little and if you can be that impressive in a 20 min cameo, what can you do with 80...

Already seeing press suggesting that Burrell did enough to get to Aus. Bleugh. Overall happy with it but very sloppy first half. I guess we should have got that out of our systems at least.

Both played their best rugby in 2011?
