I don't think they actually added completely new stadiums into the game. I think they just found some already made stadiums in the games files that weren't accessible in-game, then edited the database so they were accessible through the game

Nope, its not to late to submit ratings. You're right about scotland as well. I think there was only one or two people that did them so their ratings were pretty shocking.

Just a quick update. Between posting this here and on reddit I've managed to get responses for most teams except for the french teams and the less well-known english teams and the scottish club teams. Does anyone know of where else I could post this to help finish off those other teams?
