    2014 Junior World Championship - June 2 to 20

Sure in terms of developing players only time will tell. However championships are there for winning and as a team we really only won 2 out of 5 matches, the wins coming against the two weakest teams we faced. You can put whatever positive spin you want on it but the reality of our...

[2014 Mid-Year Tests] New Zealand vs England (3rd Test)

Much better second half, another try for England & this could get interesting

[2014 Mid-Year Tests] New Zealand vs England (3rd Test)

Set pieces falling apart and everything. No foothold at all here. In disarray.

I thought you'd gone back to bed.

[2014 Mid-Year Tests] New Zealand vs England (3rd Test)

Brutal start by England, but it can happen to anyone against nz, we'll see what they're made of now.

[2014 Mid-Year Test] Australia vs France (3rd Test)

What is the limit? They have recently introduced it! Or was it recently increased? There are still loads of good players avaliable to PSA in my opinion, just the whole setup is wrong. I think the French players still want to play for France, I'd imagine its hard to play for this France. Hard...

Ah ha it was fairly awful alright

[2014 Mid-Year Test] Australia vs France (3rd Test)

Another try for Australia, 32-o6 - France need a change of manager to get them playing rugby again.

[2014 Mid-Year Test] Australia vs France (3rd Test)

Can feel your pain biggie, it does all seem pointless, i just don't understand whats going on, there's no sense that this management are taking a hit in the short term in order to build for the future or developing a radical style of play. It's just grim rugby with a seemingly random reshuffle...

    2014 Junior World Championship - June 2 to 20

We did okay, can't fault the lads for effort but in reality we beat wales & Fiji but lost to France, England & New Zealand. Not a vintage u20 team.

[2014 Mid-Year Test] Australia vs France (3rd Test)

In bed I'd say. France continuing their terrible form under PSA. Can't understand how he is still in that job. France are a million miles from where they should be and they're going nowhere. Are the FFR waiting for the players to revolt again?

    2014 Junior World Championship - June 2 to 20

No but give credit where it is due, they were far superior in every facet of rugby against our u20s, to simply put it down to size & conditioning is completely dismissive of the comprehensive nature of their win. Credit where it is due is all any of us as sports fans ask I'd imagine.

Tyler bleyendaal and Andrew smith to Munster

Is there a limit to the number of imports you can play on a national team at any one time? It's getting ridicilous at this stage. International rugby should be about where you are from, not where you are paid to play rugby. With European rugby seemingly getting richer & richer we could...

    2014 Junior World Championship - June 2 to 20

It is the default excuse when our u20s lose. That the big bad Opposition team beat our poor slips of lads up. By putting it down to size, we somehow try to fool ourselves that we had the better footballers, which to anyone actually watching the game was clearly not the case. The same excuse...

    2014 Junior World Championship - June 2 to 20

... I wouldn't get too excited, they got to the quarter final by beating Wales & Fiji, strange competition structure.

Heineken Cup Semi Final- Toulon v Munster

The irony of a Munster man commenting about a lack of creativity, you've built a bandwagon around up the jumper rugby. Penny has tried to change that culture but you can't go around moaning about other teams style of play. Hard luck to Munster, did well to make it so close, but just lacking...

Heineken Cup Semi Final- Toulon v Munster

Huge challenge for Munster, were Munster back to their best v Toulouse, or were they made to look good by a Toulouse side just not at the races in the last round? On paper there's only one winner, we'll find out this weekend I suppose but it's going to take one of those special Munster...

    A great big Munster thread

Here's a shot of one terrace. Don't tell me the crowd there is deceptive. There were 12 lads in that terrace maximum! lol. There was a nice Big flag saying red army, however the army itself was conspicuous by it's absence. The terrace the other end was the same.

    A great big Munster thread

I'm talking about The Glasgow game? You are saying the Terraces? There was no one in the terraces Munster muffin. The terraces weren't deceptively full, they were deserted & empty. Plain as the nose on yer face. The stand opposite me was virtually empty as well. A couple of thousand at most...

    A great big Munster thread

Where are you getting the 8 thousand figure? Looked like half that, at most. Attendance figures should be given as the number of people who, you know, attend a match, anything else is fudging the stats. Is there some crude ploy to make the league appear better supported then it actually is?
