I thought a fun idea would be for people to post what they think their countries starting XV could be in the 2015 World Cup. I'll get the ball rolling!

1. Healy
2. Strauss
3. Hagan
4. Nagle
5. Foley?
6. O'Brien

8. Heaslip (c)
9. Murray
10. Sexton
11. Conway
12. McFadden
13. Earls

The back row was incredibly tough to pick. Large parts of this could also be more of a 2019 squad. i.e Conway and Zebo over Bowe and Fitzgerald/Trimble

01 Scott Andrews
02 Ken Owens
03 Ryan Bevington
04 Alun Wyn Jones
05 Bradley Davies
06 Dan Lydiate
07 Sam Warburton (C)
08 Toby Faletau
09 Lloyd Williams
10 James Hook
11 George North
12 Gavin Henson
13 Jamie Roberts
14 Leigh Halfpenny
15 Martyn Thomas

16 Richard Hibbard/Kirby Myhill (looks good at U20)
17 Gethin Jenkins/Adam Jones (both could start I suppose)
18 Macauley Cook/Ian Evans (still have hope!)
19 Andries Pretorius/Ben Morgan
20 Tavis Knoyle
21 Jason Tovey
22 Dan Fish/Will Harries

Think there's a thread about this already but ok.

4. Nagle 26
5. Tuohy 30
6. O'Brien 28

21.Johan Goosen
22.Bjorn Basson

A bit of fun i guess. Most of our current backline were hardly even on the scene 4 years ago so this is never going to be accurate. Probably too many Force players in here as well, i suppose everyone sees a lot of potential in the youth at their own clubs.

1. Ben Robinson
2. S.Faingaa
3. Slipper
4. Simmons
5. Timani
6. Beau Robinson
7. Pocock
8. C.Faingaa
9. Genia
10. Cooper
11. Ioane
12. O'Connor
13. A.Faingaa
14. Cummins
15. Beale

16. Charles
17. Daley
18. Wykes
19. McCalman
20. Phipps
21. Tapuai
22. Davies

Australia's gonna be lethal in 4 years... If their backline keeps improving for the next 4 years as a unit everyone else is absolutely f***ed.

Anyway my (attempt at an) England squad:

1. Alex Corbisiero (I think he's a loosehead?)
2. Dylan Hartley
3. Dan Cole
4. Courtney Lawes
5. Simon Shaw will still be alive by then right?
6. Tom Wood
7. Tom Croft
8. James Haskell
9. Ben Youngs
10. Owen Farrell/George Ford... Danny Cipriani if his tackling improves. Or we can all pray Wilikinson is still around
11. Charlie Sharples/Christian Wade
12. Billy Twelvetrees
13. Manu Tuilagi
14. Chris Ashton
15. Ben Foden

I really don't know enough up and coming players for this to be a comprehensive list... But I've given it a shot.

1. Jon Welsh
2. Ross Ford
3. Moray Low
4. Richie Gray
5. Rob Harley
6. David Denton
7. John Barclay
8. Johnnie Beattie
9. Greig Laidlaw
10. Duncan Weir
11. Tim Visser
12. Ruriadh Jackson (virtually no options at 12)
13. Mark Bennett
14. Jamie Farndale
15. Stuart Hogg

16. Fergus Thomson
17. Kyle Traynor
18. Alastair Kellock
19. James Tyas
20. Sean Kennedy
21. Sam Hildago-Clyne
22. Kerr Gossman

The quality of our forwards in the u20's has been... underwhelming at best. With some decent props, I rate our forwards pack in 4 years time could be the best we have seen in a long, long time. We need an inside centre really bad, we should investigate poaching a Tuilagi-esque player.

1. Joe Marler
2. Joe Gray
3. Dan Cole
4. Courtney Lawes
5. Joe Launchbury
6. Tom Croft
7. Chris Robshaw (c)
8. Carl Fearns

9. Ben Youngs
10. George Ford
11. Charlie Sharples
12. Billy Twelvetrees
13. Manu Tuilagi
14. Chris Ashton
15. Alex Goode

16. Jamie George
17. Mako Vunipola
18. Dave Attwood
19. Billy Vunipola
20. Danny Care
21. Rory Clegg
22. Ben Foden

1 Toby Smith
2 Hika Elliot
3 Owen Franks
4 Sam Whitelock
5 Brodie Retallick
6 Victor Vito
7 Luke Braid
8 Kieran Read
9 Aaron Smith
10 Aaron Cruden
11 Sean Maitland
12 Beaudon Barrett
13 Richard Kahui
14 Zac Guliford
15 Israel Dagg

16 Ben Franks
17 Dane Coles
18 Matt Todd
19 Jarrad Hoeata
20 Tawera Kerr Barlow
21 Tyler Blyandaal
22 Kurt Baker

With this All Black Squad being the oldest and most experienced ever there will be a lot of change between now and the next World cup.

1)Toby Smith - Got all black written all over him, Who ever coaches the All Blacks next year would be smart to bring him straight in to build him towards 2015.
2)Hika Elliot - Should be in the current squad
3)Owen Franks - The easiest pick, only 23 and already one of if not the best 3 in the world
4)Sam Whitelock - Another easy pick, 22 and already a good international lock. But can he bulk up and become a true world class lock?
5)Anthony Boric - IMO already should be a starting lock.
6)Richie McCaw - Will simply have to switch to 6 to make it to the next WC.
7)Sam Cane - I think I rate him slightly ahead of the others but there is a massive crop of young opensides in New Zealand. Braid, Todd, Polwart and Cane. Nothing between him, Todd and Braid though. All Smart kids and quality players.
8)Keiran Read - Easy, though if McCaw doesn't make it I expect Read to move to 6 to make way for Vito.
9)Tawara Kerr-Barlow - This kid has come a long way in the last couple of years. As it is right now he wouldn't be out of place in the All Blacks.
10)Dan Carter - If he's still playing in NZ he's a sure bet.
11)Zac Guildford - Still only 22.
12)Ryan Crotty - Very Classy player, very young.
13)Richard Kahui - if not for injury he wold already be the best 13 in the word IMO. He deserves a break from all his injury problems.
14)Julean Savea - Still have some reservations but no doubt he has a lot of potential. It's hard to pick wingers for 4 years time though because they are at their best when they are 24 or under
15)Israel Dagg - The natural successor to mills. Will be at his peak for the next WC.

16)Ben Franks - will be what 31-32? but he's a class act and very good with his body.
17)Dane Coles - I think he will work his way up the ladder over the next few years.
18)Liaki Moli - keep your eye on this lad
19)Victor Vito - Much better at 8 than 6, I dont think he's agile enough on defence to be a 6. If McCaw doesn't make 2015 then I expect Read to move to 6 and Vito to take over as #8. Though Nasi Manu has burst onto the scene in the last couple of years and could spoil the party for Vito.
20)Aaron Smith - Very classy 9, a lot of attention on Cruden but this is just as if not more impressive.
21)Beauden Barrett - Bit of a freak, if any of the current bunch of young 10's can topple Carter it's this guy IMO.
22)Ben Smith - I expect to see Ben in the All Blacks more from next year onwards with Mills, and more experienced outside backs leaving New Zealand.

Toeava - I have a feeling toeava wont stay in NZ till 2015. He's never delivered on expectations and has a serious injury cloud over him. It's obvious his hip still isn't right.

you never know, so much will depend on who the coach is next year and who they select for 2012.

No you made the right choice. By 2015, Zebo will make Tommy Bowe look like an old steam engine taking off. He'll be way too old then. Ireland doesn't seem to understand the importance of having young wingers.. Earls is our only hope - we're doomed!

1 Toby Smith

Ardie is waay off atm. He really needs to polish up his game quite a bit. I wouldnt be suprised if he took up a league contract

16.Tiaan Liebenberg
17.Dean Greyling

1. Dean Greyling
3. Werner Kruger

I think the likes of Greyling, Kruger and Liebenberg might be too old as the game is heading in a direction that almost suits front rowers under 30 better IMO.

(age by 2015)

Wingers I can't pick. I think guys like Petersen, Mvovo and Basson will be just passed their peaks. Look for guys like Wandile Mjekevu, JP du Plessis, Tshotsho Mbovane, Danie Poolman to be possible contenders.

Well, keep an eye on Sibusiso Sithole... Like LordHope and I already mentioned in the Bulls-Sharks match thread, he only turned 21 three months ago and he is already more athletic and faster than Mvovo and Pietersen.
