Sharks now need to start firing on all cylinders , they have the coaches they have the players time to step up and start being a real ***le challenger

This is a non negotiable. We need to win this game. Im pretty confident that we will though.

Any Waratahs or Australian fans still left on here? What do you guys think about the Waratahs chances? Is this a game they would target or is it just a case of lets do as well as we can on tour and hope for the best?
Waratahs passed their first pressure test by beating a good Stormers side at home. But you can also look at it form the viewpoint that they almost lost their first home game.
Its difficult to judge teams so early in the season but with the hype and all that im expecting a relative comfortable victory for the Sharks. My Stormer friends seem convinced that the Waratahs will win.

I look at it this way. The Sharks are probably about as good as the Stormers, if anything maybe a little better.

Would the Tahs have won last week had it been them traveling half-way across the world? - For me absolutely not, they barely won at home.

So Sharks should win comfortably, between 7 and 15 points.

The errors in this game have been incredible, so many knock ons on first phase. Arguably Tah's have been more clinical with the opportunities they've had considering their pack, particularly the scrum, has been getting mullered.

Yea games in Durban this time of the year causes all the handling errors. The humidity makes the players sweat like pigs and the ball becomes slippery. This issue is mentioned in almost every thread for a Sharks home game.
Im personally of the belief that the Sharks should instead play a conservative forwards game at home refraining from taking it wide too much in an effort to minimize handling errors which often stems from daring play by the backs.

This was a game the Sharks were expected to win by a healthy margin. Its safe to say they disappointed. At this point in time i actually think the Stormers and Lions are both better than the Sharks in the Sa conference.
Well done to the Warathas this is a massive result away from home and they look likely to be the strongest challengers from Australia.

Wow, good to know. Makes it hard watching sometimes as the pace is incredible, but simple knock ons made the game stutter, when it could have been excellent.

Agree as a bystander. If the Sharks played tighter they've got the kicking capacity and the go forward to cause damage. I was really impressed with the Sharks today though, if you take away the errors and occasional loose kick.

What time are Shark's kickoffs locally? Why don't they play in the evenings?
