England squad Forwards Dan Cole (Leicester Tigers), Luke Cowan-Dickie (Exeter Chiefs), Tom Curry (Sale Sharks), Ben Earl (Saracens), Ellis Genge (Leicester Tigers), Jamie George (Saracens), Alec Hepburn (Exeter Chiefs), Nathan Hughes (Wasps), Maro Itoje (Saracens), George Kruis (Saracens), Joe Launchbury (Wasps), Ben Moon (Exeter Chiefs), Chris Robshaw (Harlequins), Brad Shields (Wasps), Kyle Sinckler (Harlequins), Billy Vunipola (Saracens), Harry Williams (Exeter Chiefs), Mark Wilson (Newcastle Falcons). Backs Joe Cokanasiga (Bath Rugby), Elliot Daly (Wasps), Owen Farrell (Saracens) captain, George Ford (Leicester Tigers), Jonathan Joseph (Bath Rugby), Jonny May (Leicester Tigers), Jack Nowell (Exeter Chiefs), Dan Robson (Wasps), Henry Slade (Exeter Chiefs), Ollie Thorley (Gloucester Rugby), Ben Te’o (Worcester Warriors), Manu Tuilagi (Leicester Tigers), Ben Youngs (Leicester Tigers). Itoje being back is great, and Joseph too. If Robshaw takes Shields' place I'm more than happy. Not that I think Robshaw has earned the spot; I just don't want Shields to end up staying in the squad through inertia. A little shake up could help. Maybe it's a bit soon to see JJ back on the pitch, but if you're going to give him a 6N game then Italy is the one to go for. Maybe even starting, with Slade as cover. I guess Earl and Thorley are just holding bags? I don't see much room for a specialist 8 at the moment, and I don't see Thorley usurping May or Nowell. Maybe taking Big Joe's sub spot, but I think he's just there for the camp.
