2023-2024 transfers

@TRF_Olyy Nick Dolly has been added to Tigers european squad, you heard anything about this/what is he like?
Great player, was gutted when we let him go (just poor timing with his contract coming to the end during COVID renegotiations, rather than anything that he did)
Solid set piece and good over the ball at the ruck - bit of a fitness freak (runs a PT business on the side) so good gas tank as well
Aussie but English family and played England u20s

Was hoping we'd sign him back, before it was announced that Tommy Taylor had signed, so happy to see him back with a prem side - been at Coventry the last few months

Cipriani is a clever pick up by Bath if they let him run the backs pretty much.
Bailey at 19 should IMO be looking at playing in the championship first on loan IMO with the odd Prem game time so won't be blocking him anyway.

What a weird signing Papali'i was....

League convert who I think had some connection to Friend (certainly a lot of Connacht's signings seem to), probably quite cheap and worth kicking the tires on a one year deal.

Darren Sweetnam ---> La Rochelle on a 3 month deal.

Michele Campagnaro to Colomiers. Never really kicked on after injury issues.

Yes was good for us and Exeter too but again.... just lacked the ability to string 3-4 games fit together.

Sopoaga has officially left Wasps. Frees up a large chunk of cash to be reused elsewhere. Interesting to see where the money goes/how it is split out.

Darren Barry confirmed to France with immediate effect , and Toby Salmon recalled from his loan spell at Saracens.

Hopefully the Falcons clear out is beginning.

Zebo to Munster confirmed post DailyMail Rugby outing it. Gotta give it to DM, they have some trash content but their rugby section always seems well informed and knowledgeable.

For our Irish colleagues.... dual funded contract? Munster/Ireland contract? assuming that's how it's being funded that Farrell want's him in at 15?

It seems to be a weird PR thing that they're stressing the co-founded part. As I understand it all provincial contracts are paid for by the IRFU up to a 110,000 apparently before the province has to top it up.
