Pretty cool, pretty good effort from this generation when you consider the strength they had in the 90s without winning the shield.

not sure if you reserve a small place in your heart for your southern neighbours or whether they are just rivals but I was impressed with the small bit I saw if Southland.

Waikato without Damian and Anton I think were much worse off than Tasman without their 4 all blacks, quite a big difference from how they played first two weeks.
