Gonna be tasty for sure!. Love the fact there's a final at the end of it. Makes it interesting right up until week 10. Can anyone stop the Crusaders?. Something tells me that the Hurricanes won't be far away even without Perenara.

Counting down the weeks myself. Going to be fantastic I think. My one hope for the season is that someone can stop the Crusaders from dominating again. The Blues and the Canes hopefully can challenge them.
I'm intrigued as to how Rene Ranger will go in Chch. Still one hell of a talent.

'Canes have got the pack to compete, and some skills in the backline; they just need to gel together.

I thought he looked a bit past it when Northland played Otago, everyone improves in the Crusaders environment thought so who knows

I'm always optimistic about the 'Canes and this year is no different. Our options in the pack are good particularly at hooker and back-row. Our backs are still amongst the best. we won 5 out of 8 last season. I genuinely believe this squad is good enough to improve on that record. I'm calling it now if we're lucky with injuries I think it will be a Crusaders-Canes final. It's about time we won a play-off match in Christchurch.
