[2023 Six Nations] Italy vs France - 5 February 2023

Well I'm turning this off. I was actually concerned that Italy might give England a game next week. No chance.

Lol Italian was practically horizontal in that ruck going for the ball. "Good competition".

Varney ******* about at the back of the scrum instead of getting the ball out.

Wtf was that? France knocked on, Italy then lose possession in the next ruck and France get to keep the ball!?

Italy have been well below my expectations but are making a game of it against the 2nd ranked side, so I'll hang fire on criticism.

Isn't that pretty small?
Think most others in the comp are >80k
When you think the previous stadium was 30K, arguably anything less than 40K people would look empty in a 70K stadium.

Italy would never sell out IMO

Some of the Italian defenders look absolutely shattered - halftime can't come soon enough

5 points down at halftime having shat the bed. I really thought France would have their game face on but they are their usual complacent self against Italy. A good chance this will come down to the wire.

They may be losing but that's a decent scoreline for Italy so far
