[2023 Six Nations] Italy vs Ireland - 25 February 2023

Good lord what a wild time to kick. Go through the hands there - they were on the front foot. Might rue that at the end of the game.

Darn. In all seriousness, Crowley's hat has to be in the ring for the ABs. They've made France, England and Ireland look fairly ordinary for extended periods. I've no idea how he is acheiving that even if all three opponents have had their issues.

Nice respect shown by Ireland to turn to the power game and get the heck out of Rome without an omelette on their face.

How can you show a clear realise, a player who continues to roll towards you?

Faz shouting to the players if they get the ball back, continue to play.

That's quality.

Three best consecutive Italian performances I've ever seen, by absolute miles. A real pleasure to watch.

Even if Italy had drawn level Ireland had the tools to tighten up and win, so I don't think there was ever much danger of the upset.

PS - remember Georgia beat a full strength Italy last year too.
