[2023 Six Nations] Italy vs Wales 11 March 2023. Kickoff 14:15

To be fair you then Wales look up for this - see if they can keep the intensity up

Last Welsh lineout, the 2 was stood directly in front of his own line.

Disappointing opening 5 from Italy. Wonder if they're a bit over-emotional?

Wales have just done the basics and gained 3 points from it.

Awful 9 play there, picks up to offer the run threat at the expense of tempo but doesn't run and limply passes on so worst of all worlds. Add box kicks and and we're in Youngs playing under Jones territory.

Italy going to struggle if he keeps doing that.

Italy not great, but that second bounce was ridiculous.

Impressed with the intensity that Wales are brining tot he game. Lucky bounce for the try but Wales are on the front foot for the first time in what feels like the entire tournament.

Thing is Wales aren't really bringing a lot just yet. Essentially basics without error, Italy have just been poor. Point a minute is an insanely good ROI for that.

We haven't been doing the basics all tournament. Good to see them with a little bit of structure, even if it isn't rocket science.
