[2023 Six Nations] Scotland v Italy - 18 March 2023

That kick to the corner ended up further away from the tryline than he kicked it haha

Schoeman should be in the bin there,
Swore at the ref (should've been instant yellow), got told not to talk to the ref like that, then did it again as he stormed off in a tantrum

Feel for Italy a little here that no arms looked a little harsh, followed up by a pretty blatant running into his own player completely ignored anything that would enable Italy to get out of their 22 going against them.

Not too sure on that yellow card. Looked like Scotland took it down in the scrum

Sometimes commentators just talk for the sake of it, it's hardly ruthlessness at the top tier it's pretty simply a numbers game deep into the opposition 22 with a central scrum.

No I meant his accent. They were interviewing him on BBC when I posted that and he had an English accent.
His dad Pete Polledri is a Bristol legend, Jake Polledri was part of the Bristol academy and sadly the top bods of the time (pre-Bears era) didn't offer him a decent pro contract and Gloucester did. So he understandably went there. We'd love for him to come home one day.

Anyway, on to the match. BBC coverage is AWFUL, can't even see what is happening in scrums and the comms so myopic. ITV miles ahead in every way. Also the TV director working with TMO seems sus given the calls against Italy versus the ones in their favour. Italy will feel really badly done to so far.

Looking forward to nige saying the ref is wrong no matter what the call at this scrum
