I find Strictly way too syrupy and gushy but on the back of it don’t underestimate what Rose Ayling-Ellis has done and can do for the cause of deaf people. I thought she was sensational……and even voted.

It's impossible to follow now what exactly is going to be in the report until its published. Now the Met are saying prejudice is the wrong word and they should of used it. Nobody has a clue if it will be the full report or an edited one. And we probably won't know until its out...

I've long maintained the official figures for inflation are not an accurate measure of actual inflation felt by most people. Someone has suggested the "Sam Vimes boots" measure of inflation where it looks at the actual rise in cost of living year to year for most people to get a more accurate indication of the level of inflation felt.
