Erm, maybe yours is somewhat better where you have, no, I'd like to have Heymans and Kearney in the backs and I like the idea of the old and big locks with better hookers.

Guess I still have him playing for NZ in my mind and haven't seen him play for a European club. Can't speak for the rest. Also, a distinct lack in world quality tightheads across the board.

Because he has played well for over a year now, and he's carrying Newcastle as far as they can potentially play (which isn't very far). Can't see what you're on about to be honest mate. And he still is the best prop (note I didn't just say tight head) in the world. If you want to see the difference he makes, look at Tialata in his place, and see how unsolid our ball retention in the scrum has been without him.

Who I'd pick as two players. I can't be bothered to do a genuine World Xv with this.

NZ

Carter, McCaw

SA

Smit, du Preez

Austrailia

Giteau, Elsom

Ireland

O'Driscoll, Bowe, Kearney

France

Clerc, Dusautoir

England

Croft, Shaw

Argentina

Lobbe, Hernandez

Wales

Super Shane, G Jenkins, Byrne

Scotland

Paterson, Murray

Fiji

I won't pretend that I know thast many Fijians...

Italy

Pariesse, Castrogiavani

I've picked three from Wales and Ireland because... I just have. What are you going to do about it?

Just a note though, I added Byrne and Kearney because otherwise I didn't have a fullback.

Hahahaahaaha... no.

Parisse would walk into any team in the world. He's a dynamic runner, good on the ground, has sweet hands, will work all day and on top all that he can kick a mean drop goal. A truly immense player.

Have you ever watched rugby at all?
In rugby, players are made to look better when their team is doing good not when its doing bad! Thus Parisse constistently playing superbly with Italy is althemore impressive.
