when president of FIRA AER gave the trophy to georgians in face of respect

Georgian rugby still making steps to advance in whole worlds' rugby and make their name in the oval world, the first steps are already male and now the givernmental programs are to be held to develop and flower the Georgian rugby
Scant attention had been paid to Georgian rugby in Early 90's when the country Georgia managed to get rid of bloody USSR regimen and since that days Georgian rugby's rise became too sparkling, and finally they're on their way to say a word in the world rugby
RWC 2003 was the first to attend in a Georgian rugby history and RWC 2007 became lucky one where all the experts and iconic rugby players spoke out their positive mind about georgians

Georgian are on their way to advance that's the case and nobody deniesd tha fact

Ireland will never forget that RWC 07 match - no matter how hard we try. What a shock!

Speaking of lower nations advancing in rugby, anyone know exactly what happened to Romenia ?

I was watching Total Rugby the other day, and in the 80s and early 90s they were quite the force, they even beat Wales once or twice apparently.

that's pretty damn impressive.

Romania had their revolution in 1990 - seen the video of the dictator and his wife being lined up against the wall and being shot?

Their rugby captain joined the uprising and was killed. After that everything fell apart for Romanian rugby.
