I was commenting on another thread that was discussing the amount of law changes the IRB has introduced in recent years and what effects these changes are having. It got me to thinking about the amount of matches that are now like a game of tennis with each side kicking the ball back and forth waiting for the other to make a mistake rather than seizing the initiative and running it back. How do you think the IRB could make the right changes to stop this?
