Aironi have moved to sign Giorgio Bronzini as cover after scrum-half Michael Wilson was ruled out for the rest of the season.
The 20-year-old joins his hometown club from Gran Ducato, with Aironi also without Tito Tebaldi and Pablo Canavosio throughout the Six Nations.
And Bronzini is relishing the chance to prove himself in the Magners League.
"I never thought I would come back to Viadana this season," said Bronzini.
"Playing in the Magners League will force me to improve every game, and each training session will help me to build my experience for the future.
"My personal goal for the next few months is to improve my rugby. I can't demand to play immediately, but I hope to carve out a place during the Six Nations period."
