currently the chances are
AB's ~40%
England ~23%
Wales ~20%
Ireland ~8%
SA ~6%
Aussie 2%
I would say SA are more of a threat than that, likely to make a semi or even the final, Aussie were unlucky against Wales and you would have to say they are better than 2%
Comparatively I don't see Wales as a 20% chance for sure but still a good threat.

If they play to their potential then I think they could, however, one average game against any one of the top eight teams and they are on their way home.
Well because we were average against Russia we cannot win it according to EXPERTS. Have to start beating lesser Countries 100-0 to prove we can do it. I am getting more confident now that we will show them up. Said it all along NZ or us.

Anything can happen in tournaments but it will take an exceptional team to beat the All Blacks.
I think the All Blacks have another 20 - 30% in the tank they can raise the bar to.
From what we have seen.
England - 30% chance on the day to upset the All Blacks
South Africa - 30% chance on the day to upset the All Blacks
Australia - 10% chance on the day to upset the All Blacks
Wales - 3% chance on the day to upset the All Blacks
Japan - 1.5% chance on the day to upset the All Blacks
Ireland - 1.2% chance on the day to upset the All Blacks
Scotland 1% chance on the day to upset the All Blacks
