I think a good idea would to have allstar teams for the Northern and the Southern Hemisphere.

You should be able to save three or four Barbarians sides and let them play each other in multi-player modes, so basically you coudl pick a World XV then another player would pick theres and you would prove once and for all that Shane Williams is a better player than Chris Ashton.

Having the B&I Lions, Pacific Islanders, BaaBaa's, SH XV, NH XV and a World XV would be plenty i think... they should be set by HB and we shouldn't be able to edit them until we complete some challenges or something...

I'd also like to see Australia A and NZ Maori

Southern Hemisphere:

Props: Woodcock and Franks, with the Beast on the bench. Australia and South Africa can supply the locks. Du Plessis at hooker (not sure if it should be Mealamu or Polota-Nau backing him up). Would be hard to displace McCaw and Read in the loosies, but could probably take an Aussie or South African blindside flank. Given that Pocock typically plays 7, I'd be inclined to go with Rocky Elsom or Juan Smith.

Genia & Carter as the halves. Du Preez in 20 maybe... Giteau, Cooper, and Steyn might all be considered unlucky not to be in the 22, but if Beale and/or O'Connor are in the mix, there's little need to carry an additional fly half. Midfield is hard to pick: I'm a big fan of Nonu&Smith as a package, but if you look at individuals, you'd probably edge out both of them. Beale has to be in there somewhere, but I'd pick him at 15. Even as a New Zealander, I'd think about all-aussie outside backs (maybe with Muliaina or Jane riding pine).

Are there any SH player outside the Tri-Nations that would be worth consideration?

I'm sure a bunch of people will disagree, but it's just my opinion... As far as a 30 man squad goes i think this is pretty good, maybe you'd swap some player around but yeah.
