Essentially a Jets side, which is good to see - gets the youngsters some game time, especially as the A League is such a shambles (and even more so this season).
Cameron Redpath will be the youngest player to ever start for Sale Sharks, at 17yrs 326days.

21-24 win for the wee babby sharks

I know it's only the Anglo Welsh but it's good to get a win again, Especially away from home and especially with such a young side.
Apparently Ben Curry was a class above, had a hand in all three tries, motm and even captained from half time until he was subbed at about 70ish

Chiefs side for Saints:

15 Sal M'Boge
14 Tom O'Flaherty
13 Tom Hendrickson
12 Ollie Devoto
11 James Short
10 Joe Simmonds
9 Will Chudley

1 Alec Hepburn
2 Elvis Taione
3 Moray Low
4 Ollie Atkins
5 Sam Skinner
6 James Freeman
7 Matt Kvesic
8 Kai Horstmann (capt)

16 Shaun Malton
17 Billy Keast
18 Marcus Street
19 Toby Salmon
20 Tom Lawday
21 Jack Maunder
22 Sam Morley
23 Sam Hill

Devoto, hill, kvesic, freeman (new signing isnt he?), skinner, maunder, joe simmonds. All these are ones to watch who havnt had much or any game time but can break into the 23/earn back their place.

Quite excited tbh because chiefs are doing well in the AP but devoto/sam hill coming back will add more depth. Maynder should be starting IMO and the rest just all have talent but need to show it, great for the team going forward :)

Some good youngsters in the Sarries Quins game.

Looking forward to Earle, Earl, Boyce, Tompkins, Segun, Okafor, Ibitoye.

Aye, bit like Stephenson, was very promising in their debut season then forced out for ages.

Likewise Ibuanokpe, been injured for a while. Huge bloke.

Was in the same Dulwich team as Obano.... could you imagine having to play against that as a teenager?

Couldn't be happier for Ibuanokpe, has had a really nasty time with injury.

Welp

They're going to get stuffed

Actually watched Bath Leicester for 10 minutes before realising it was the Anglo Welsh Cup. I feel cheated.

Squad sizes play too much of a part in this, to take the tournament seriously. It's a great one to catch on highlights to see potential stars of the future though.

Another win for the babby sharks
Though due to the bizarre way the competition is set up we're unlikely to make it out of our group.
